I used to have a job that wasn 8767 t related to food. I drove to a building. Sat at a desk. Hung out with human beings. Minimized chat windows and Facebook every time my boss walked by. Brushed my hair.
The Nautical themed Rooftop has attracted much attention throughout the years. It has even served as a wedding back drop, as well as a movie set ["The Shore"]. Visitors have come to enjoy the character of the restaurant, especially the children. Many have requested the directions to the rooftop, only to be disappointed as it is not accessible. The nautical theme continues inside the restaurant with murals painted on the dining room walls. There is an aquarium near the doorway that attracts viewers watching the myriad of fish swim by them. So we are more than seafood, and hope that you will join us for both.
A lobster dinner is a special event -- usually reserved for celebrations. (Unless of course, we're talking about lobster rolls which we should all try to eat as much as possible.) Unfortunately, lobster isn't cheap, so you can't eat it on the regular like you would chicken. But that just makes it feel even more special -- and makes it taste that much more delicious.
I start with a 69lb turkey that I let thaw for 5 days in the refrigerator. Remove the turkey from its package and rinse under cool water. Be sure to remove the neck and the giblet bag located in the cavity.
